Accelerate the entire Internet
Status of P2P
When P2P had just appeared, the entire Internet was given a big surprise, more people use, the faster transmission theory really is perfect. However, many broadband users do not want to contribute more upload bandwidth to other peers, coupled with upload bandwidth and download bandwidth disparities of ADSL.To download with eMule is not faster than the traditional way, and slower in many cases. P2P is not the ideal solution to solve the problem of Internet acceleration.
Data marginalization
Data marginalization means that if there were certain network equipments, which can memorize data pieces which have just flowed through them, so the local users do not need to transmit the same data from remote once again, but direct access to data on the line close. Same data pieces are transmitted only once, so the entire Internet is accelerated.
Achievement of common data marginalization
Ideal data marginalization should be independent of network applications, should accelerate any network applications, so I designed a simple and effective algorithm and used in a hardware implementation with a single machine cycle to complete encoding / decoding operations of data marginalization, real-time acceleration of any network data.
Computer simulation results
I have also designed a Java implementation of Socks 5 server group with the function of data marginalization, I use Firefox web browser to download images from real website, without making any special optimization, the static image and other resources have natural accelerated effect, the larger the image, the better the accelerated effect.
Future Prospects
If we have such network equipments of common data marginalization, and install them in each network backbone line, we can achieve acceleration of the entire Internet.
